Hello Sirs,

I have been using ACAD since 1988 and at my present job
we are using version 2000 which I have been with for 19yrs.
My company has not kept up with the newer versions so I'm way behind the curve on this and need to get training
on the new versions. We do only 2D at my job so my experience is in wire frame only and no solids drafting. My wire frame experience has been 19yrs ago so that is rusty.
My question is do I need to own a copy of ACAD to participate in your tutorials and would you recommend to start at the beginning.
Thank you for your time.

I would recommend getting a 30 day demo of the latest version, then run through the tutorials.

As you already have a background in AutoCAD, you should be able to get through the 2D lessons quickly.
